Why don't most expats use online classifieds in Qingdao?

Why don't most expats use online classifieds in Qingdao?

Can someone explain to me why there is lack of online active classified bbs use in Qingdao? Do most expats speak Mandarin well enough to use the native Mandarin online bbs? Am I in the minority in wishing there was a craigslist for Qingdao or something similiar in use here?

i guess people simplely just hang out to talk with others, rather than staying online :(
