We are the leading manufacturer of eyewear products in the world. To ensure our quality requirements for our products we source from China, we are searching for a Product Quality Auditor. The person will work in Qingdao, Shandong Province with our production partners and control our product quality (product and manufacturing process audit) according to the designed audit plan. He/She will report audit results on weekly basis to the management team.

Job responsibilities will include:
• Work at our production partner facility in Qingdao to monitor quality requirements in accordance with product specifications independently
• Perform quality inspections per the inspection plan, approved samples, and specifications
• Document and report any quality issues and product inspection results to the management team
• Perform manufacturing process audit, file and report results
• Follow up corrective actions and quality improvements to product quality issues
• Work on any projects as requested

You must have the following experience and skills:
• knowledge about plastic injection molding, painting, adhesive/gluing bonding, plastic sheet die cut, webbing weaving, part assembly, color verifying & packing
• Knowledge about TQM, ISO 9000, quality control tools, SPC, metrology/calibration, sampling plan, MRB, & preventive/corrective action
• Read and interpret specifications and part prints
• Good English written and verbal communication skills
• Equipped with Computer / Laptop and digital camera
• Skilled with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Emails
• 3+ years experience by working in a quality department or equivalent position
• Experiences and working knowledge of measuring instruments
• Knowledge about safety and self protection in the normal manufacturing environment
