Young Brand Ready-to-wear, Paris, recruiting a Executive Assistant Mode in Qingdao through its development and projects in China. Directly linked to the Director , the Executive Assistant « Fashion » accompanies, assists and implements the tasks entrusted by the management. In an ongoing effort, quality and value of sales of our business and profitability, its mission primarily revolves around the following :

- Implementation and enforcement of brand policy.
- Assist the Director in all its activities for the development of our brand.
- Assist with maintaining Director's calendar, scheduling appointments.
- Provide written & oral translation support and reporting to all department.
- Find and select suppliers and partners reliable Chinese (textile factory, model agency, distributors, buyers, printers ...).
- Arrange with the Director of all operations and marketing promotion events.
- Assist the director on the production with factories.
- Assist in the selection of models for collection with textile factories.

You are beginner or with commercial education, economic, or international mode, (master ...). Your personality is very important.
You have a real career plan.

-Passionate about fashion, you have excellent interpersonal skills, sense of business. You recognize a strong open mind and an excellent adaptation and flexibility to a different cultural environment. Pragmatic, reliable.
-You are reactive, strength of proposal and have a sense of responsibility.
-Fluent in both oral and written English and Mandarin.
-Chinese mandarin : maternal language.
-Be proficient in Windows MS office
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
-Initiative attitude towards work and strong problem solving skills

Type of contrat : Contract ; local law
Job type : Full time - rest day ; Saturday and sunday
Salary : 2000 rmb/month + Commissions on sales of the company 10%
possible evolution of wages according to the result
