Hi,
I am a 23 year old German entrepreneur with my business set up in Huangdao. I am living by myself in a 120m² apartment in Huangdao, and have at least one room to rent. The apartment has 4 rooms in total and two bathrooms.
The apartment is about 3 mins walking distance from the beach and a golf course, has a balcony towards the beach and one towards the city. Shopping facilities, taxis and public transport are all within 5 minutes walking distance - most of them even less. Bars and restaurants are just around the corner.

I am asking for 1000 RMB per month for an air conditioned room and 800 RMB for a room with fan only. That is six months down with all overhead included (internet, gas, electricity, maintenance).
