Quiet mature professional looking for an apartment from 2011/9/15 onwards long term. Looking for 90 sqm or so in Shinan near Jusco, Carrefour area. Furnished, in good condition and with some full height windows and not overlooked. Might accept a studio or smaller place if the location and price are right. 2000 to 3500 per month depending on size location and quality. Elevator preferred.

Welcome to QD,

I would recommend contacting Qingdao Real Estate & Relocation if you're seriously looking for a nice place in Qingdao. I have used them in the past and they are by far the best Expat Realtors in town. They always seem to have the best property at the lowest rates. You can look here (Qingdao Apartments for Rent) to get an idea of prices and locations.

Also, Qingdao Real Estate & Relocation provides excellent after sales service. They are the only agents in town that actually go with you to the local public security bureau (PSB) to register you at your new residence. You are legally required to register with the PSB within 24 hours after you move to your new place, and failing to do so will result in fines and complications when extending your visa.

I would strongly suggest that you contact them with your budget and detailed requirements to insure that you find exactly what you are looking for, rather than sort though the numerous 2nd rate agencies with poor after sales service.
