Great Apartment nr Olympic Sailing Village!

I am looking to rent out one of the bedrooms in my apartment - 3 bedrooms, 150 sqm, fully furnished, 2 bathrooms, balcony, very quiet and 1 minute from the sea. Room has a double-bed. Hisense and Marina City are in easy walking distance. 2,800 RMB per month... short-term also OK...
