I have a luxury 2 bedroom apartment on Laoshan road in a low rise complex (Sunshine Hill) available from August 9th 2012.
The landlord would prefer 1 year contract @ 3000 RMB per month (not including water, gas, power).
125 mt squared, 2 bedroom - 1 with bathroom/shower. There is a second bathroom with a washing machine. Also a separate kitchen and office with a large, high ceiling lounge.
The whole apartment contains quality furniture dining table/chairs, luxury couch, office desk (2). King bed in one room and queen in the other - as new.
Tv (normal 68 cm) flat screen available for purchase if required.
We have lived here very comfortably for the last 12 months so I am happy to advertise for the land-lady, however she does speak some English and has only rented this place to foreigners over the last few years - no pets/no smokers.
There is a nice balcony overlooking the sea (which is across the road), cleanest air in Qingdao I might add with lots of greenery behind the complex and Loashan sports/bush recreation area 400 meters up the road.
These blocks only have 6 apartments in each so very private and quiet - this on is on the second floor (1 flight of stairs only).
Security here is 24 hour and reliable.
Location: 5-8 minutes by taxi to the Laoshan beach (number 5 or 6 beach) and Leader shopping complex - alternatively bus is available 150 meters up the road.
Contact by email of interested as viewing will have to be arranged by me and any prospective tenant can then meet with the land-lady.
